Probably -5, +5 would place you in Asia. 1900 charlie time would be... 1700 alpha time. -5 would mean what's 1200 to you is 1900 to me. 1700 would result in 0000 at night here. I think any european would prefer an earlier time. -

My 'little' (he is 19) brother just got a Gigabyte 6800GT 256mb for 249. It seems to be the best 'bang' for the buck right now.
