Did this myself awhile ago, my advice is focus on a small part a time. Troughs and peaks is mainly what it comes down to. Soft selection to make adjustments to proportion. But sculpting is really the way to go as it is so much faster and allows for easy adjustments or large changes. Couple of pics that might help give an… -

Lighting looks ten times better from where you started, I think, however, that your ground texture looks a bit too soft. You've painted highlights in to it but I think it needs to gradient a bit less. I think also that it would break up the pattern a bit if you went ahead and painted some grunge into the floor, cartoony or… -

Just to clarify: I was talking about my preference for Toolbag version 3(.08) over any of the 4.x versions for my kind of work. E.g. I have assets like full body fur on a creature done as (densely packed) hair cards that make the whole 4.x viewport strobe like mad if the denoiser is active. Impossible to see anything in… -

In my experience regular long keyboard die pretty fast so look for something short and compact My guess is this type is optimize and everything is close together so its more sturdy less empty space inside which make it hard to break .Outside plastic is hard and buttons are soft just like a samurai sword lol its small… -
