A Stormtrooper Helmet I did for an art test. The polycount limit was 3200 tris and the texture limit is 1024 x 1024. The more I look at it the worse I think it looks, but I still wanted to share it. The model has 3154 tris. Any feedback is appreciated.
so at work using max 2010 64bit version and i'm trying to move verts freehand and its treating them like the grid snap toggle is on. but its not!!!!!!! it moves 5 ft in the x axis and 10 in the y axis. anyone have a clue to whats going on?

@griffiti Funny enough I actually did have "X" eyes at first, but it didn't really match with the rest of the piece. @Spoon Those were my favorite part to make! I'm glad you like them as well.
I think the others have nailed most of what I was going to say. Seriously though, don't put "looking for entry-level" on your resume. It pretty much tells employers "only pay me x amount".
if you brought in the mesh from maya or max or whatever.. it should still be to scale shouldnt it? cant you make a duplicate of the ones that you need to move and just offset them on X for the specific amount of distance you need?
The triplanar filter in SD5 will use the pixel processor node and will probably have the same features. I can't promise the performances will be a lot better as this is the very first version of this node. Their is room for a lot of improvements in the following 5.x updates.
That Cammy design looks really awesome. It definitely looks like something that could be great to see in Namco's Tekken x Street fighter game.. Im Curious now how you would do M Bison (Vega)
