If you are using Ntrous in 3ds Max 2012 or 2013 turn on "Realistic Materials With Map". This will load the textures at full res. Its in the viewport dropdown. If you are using Direct 3D in the viewport preferences check Match Bitmap.
I thought the head/face was one of the better parts... Do you think it is worth fixing? Maybe I should try a different and more realistic head and see how it works. Thanks for the feedback so far : )
Looking sexual ! you better use some of those volumetric clouds on that tower to add more eye candy. Keep it up, very inspiring ! I was thinking about something along these lines but with a realistic style applied to it.
But this looks great as is. Realistic in proportions and very grounded. If you were going for heroic/Loomis proportions then the head is too big. It's all subjective I suppose. I'm lookin' forward to seeing what you do with this base.
I think the texture style of the armor doesn´t fit the style of the stone. The armor is cartoony like and the stone looks semi-realistic. I really like the looking of the stone, i hope you are going for that approach :)
This is sweet, I love realistic versions of the Pokemon universe. I agree with EvanL, I think the layout should bit more natural. Keep the general layout the same, but break up the straight lines and right angles.
I feel like the hedges do not mesh well with the rest of the environment-they look a bit more realistic and less cartoony than everthing else. I think it is awesome so far though. Are you still working on this?

Hey man, all your weapons look cool and fairly realistic. However I can't crit you until I know what you are going for game/realism. Post some wireframes/unwraps/textures.
