I have an issue with Substrate where anything over the fogged (rough) glass has artifacts around them. Like a glow and the area around doesn't have the rough glass. The more rough the glass surface is, the more the artifacts become larger. Went through a lot of settings and didn't have any luck. Anyone encounter this…
So I finally had time to properly re-examine my steps and find a way to reproduce it I've been able to do this three times more to three other test projects. At least one project was started at my home computer. The rest were started and only worked on at a work computer. It seems to have something to do with saving the…
No. A Unity project is a Unity project. And a Unreal project is a Unreal project. The former uses C#, the latter uses C++. And also the asset handling and the material system is completely different. They are not compatible. You have to rebuild the whole project. Including to rewrite the game logic. Kind regards Tiles
"Hi everyone,I am a beginner environment artist and this is my first major project in Unity 6 . I'm trying to create a large-scale open world with a mysterious atmosphere using heavy fog and dense forests. Right now, I've just started with the forest area and some basic structures. Hey guys, everytime I do a project I am like "hey, there are many things I can keep as assets from this project" but realistically when I look at the pieces in the end (if I ever finish the project) i'm always like "this is too specific to re-use" so I end up not keeping anything out of fear of making a library with stuff…
