I think what it said was that emminent domain doesn't have to be only for building public property. The constitution merely says "for public use" so the question was whether "public use" includes Walmart. OTOH trying to drive a bunch of rednecks out of their homes will probably end in a small scale civil war. -

Hm, that would be cool- People can either make high-class citizens, or low class citizens, of one single universe. The universe would be given to us- but the character would be up to us; providing that it fits. Then we'd decide which side had a better populous. Civil war! -
