Looks awesome! The textures look great. If I can ask what you're general workflow was for this? I'm thinking about doing a dragon for ArtWar but I have no idea where to start :P -

My entry to the ArtWar contest over at CubeBrush. Not super happy with it, but I wanted to practice doing a splash-art type illustration. Would do a lot differently next time, process wise, so it was good practice. -
[WIP] Prehistoric Beast and Riders
I started this as my entry for Artwar 4. I'm not working from a concept, so I'm making things up as I go, but the idea is to have a horned rhino-like beast with two riders. Here is what I have so far - I've finished the main shapes for the beast and the bodies/faces of the riders, and have just started blocking out… -

Entry for the ArtWar contest over at CubeBrush. Mainly wanted to practice doing splash-art type illustrations and learned a lot. Won't skip the research and thumbnails iteration early on because it wastes so much time trying to fix things that are fundamentally wrong with a piece. -
