[WIP] Prehistoric Beast and Riders

I started this as my entry for Artwar 4. I'm not working from a concept, so I'm making things up as I go, but the idea is to have a horned rhino-like beast with two riders. Here is what I have so far - I've finished the main shapes for the beast and the bodies/faces of the riders, and have just started blocking out clothing. Comments and suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

I have retopologized the riders' bodies, to get the shapes nice and clean and make it easier to test poses, model clothing, etc. I have also blocked out the scene I have in mind in Marmoset Toolbag.

I've done a first pass on the saddle and harness.

I managed to complete a submission for the contest, but I really had to rush everything to make the deadline. So now I'm going back and doing things properly. Here are the low-poly bakes.

I have applied the base colors with gradient maps.

I have textured the skin, and put down the base materials for the clothing (still need to add the weathering and edge effects). Comments and suggestions welcome.
