To give you a little reference: Rust doesn't tend to form in streaks. It usually starts with a chip in the paint work and then spreads outwards from that point as the metal underneath corrodes. So it should spread non-uniformally outward from that point. It may only be me, but it wasn't really reading as rust at first…
If your own imagination is failing to be comfortable that this is a female face, I'd make sure you start using a facial reference and stick to it at that point.

Hi! If that 'fixed' the issue, I think it points to inverted normals. I would check the way Celosia suggested (enable Face Orientation in Blenders Viewport Overlay).
