yay a second one with that crash, whats your machine specs? because so far no one else could reproduce that crash and i can reproduce it with 2 clicks :/
Dang!!! that looks awesome dude. My only crit would be the amount of spec should differ for different areas, especially where the dirt is at. Top notch work man!!!

Hi all First time to make weapons, spent a long time with the metal material. I Use Direct X shader in 3ds max, diff map, spec map, normal and gloss It will be the animation and setting in the engine UDK
Didn't use it for a year or more but now it gives me weird results. i have the latest drivers. specs are nvidia card, cs2 and win7 64. Maybe somebody had the same hassle? Cheers, Daniel.
