At the moment, yes. This is has two reasons, first, because Intel has a much better IPC (Instructions Per Cycle, or let's call it power per mhz). Ahh good point. It does depend on the sounds you're making if the jaw slides forward or not. If you're making a OO shape then it slides forward, If you're making a AH shape it tends to stay toward the back.
