Assuming your project involves high to low poly bake workflow? then from my perspective both elements completed thus far seem fine, imo nicely quadrafied too project an optimised proxy off of. As for face counts including relative number of cylinder segments, well they're dependent upon screen space this object or parts… -

Does anybody remember when they first started 3d modeling and having that feeling of being overwhelmed with all this information? Well I do and one thing I swear I saw was a method of embossing. Selling on Shapeways - Anyone find success with this?
Hey all, I've been looking into possibly selling 3D prints using Shapeways: http://www.shapeways.com/sell Sounds like getting started is pretty low-risk. You provide the 3D file, they print and ship it to the customer every time it gets purchased. Has anyone found success selling custom jewelry/pendands/statuettes etc?? -
Have anyone tried Sampler V6 text to Material feature ? Any opinion?
For some uncertain reason I can't find it at all in my Sampler now. But as of earlier version my opinion was quite negative . Just a bit better normal maps maybe than totally useless image to material . Wonder if v6 got any better really? ps. Actually they seems killed the feature entirely . No more Generative AI in… -

Okay something along these lines is perfect, anyone have a larger resolution copy of this image? I can't find which artist did it and it looks like it was the previous diablo 3 colour art direction that they've scrapped.
