Nice character! When sculpting the blank try and relax the pose. Feet apart and splayed. Hips slightly forward, arms 45 degrees and hands relaxed and or fingers splayed to combat the rake look of the fingers in the end result. Well, just because some addon has "somethingsomethingretopo" in its name doesn't mean that you need it for retopo work. The base Blender toolset has all you need, since at the end of the day retopo is just surface snapping.
