Hey hey, I'll be in Vancouver for 2 days so I thought I'd throw this out to anyone in the area who'd like to hook up for dinner or something. I can really only do something on the night of the 26th as my plane leaves @ 8:30AM on the 27th. Post here if you're interested.

I have seen this on several job postings from different companies for full-time positions. Considering these postings are full-time, how exactly is your work schedule flexible? Does that mean you can come in anywhere from 7am to 10am and leave after the respectable full day of work (8 to 10 hours)?
Well, this is my first attempt at modelling the female form. Using Max 8. And yes, that's TurboSmoothing, I'm merely using it as a reference of what I want it to look like when I'm done (minus cheating with TurboSmooth). She is still incomplete so please, let me know what you think
If you convert an RGB image to 16 bit and use the eyedropper tool, the info panel still shows the colors as 8-bit, 0 to 255. Any way to get it to show the correct 16-bit value range? I've tried looking at the info panel preferences and didn't see anything useful.

Well thank you very much for you fast response. Interesting, it seems exactly the banding problem described there. The problem is that Zbrush can't bake over 8 bit normals, so...well it wasn't totally my fault. Thank you very much again.
