Thanks guys, I appreciate the help. I went ahead and used vik's method, cloning the subtools then using Mesh Insert to combine the two. Once they were combined I just retopologized them. I got a couple anomalies at the seam where they met, but once I re-imported the topologized mesh they smoothed out easily. This process… -

Bakeing hell

I thought Apple took the VLC app off of the store? Not certain though. One other thing to check, is that where you are presenting has the ability to connect the ipad to their projector/av system. I would test early to make sure you can, as well as having the proper cables! I tried this once, but found the ipad could not…
