You really need to start doing some localized edge loops. Mainly around the mouth corners, and the eye corners. It's so flat and detail less in those areas, it isn't selling the head as a realistic head, and even if that isn't what you are going for, you should still have them and stylize those areas as well. I would suggest to go with a heavy pass of flatten/smooth on localized areas, to erase out most of the details (yet keeping some 'in the corners' to maintain the overall feel of detailling). For instance at the moment the back view is more successful than the front view in my opinion since it has stronger areas of rest.… -
