I think I am done with the body sculpt, I rescale the legs and sculpt the feet, I didn´t do any dynamesh to the body to merge all the parts together yet. Time to continue with the head details. (Maybe the feets should be higher, i will take a look to that) -

No, seams across continuous surfaces/smoothing groups should not be hardened. As you can see from that thread there is no issue in UE4, it is an SP rendering issue. Also note that this was just an example to illustrate the issue. I wouldn't put a uv seam there on an actual asset unless it was an extremely long island. -

I havent tried it but if your isolate select is on a shortcut you could probably add this code in front of the isolate code. So your shortcut runs this then isolate. Though shelving it is easy as well. It continues to work until you close maya, then you will have to run the script again. -

I loved the AoC Source mod, but the gameplay god repetitive after a while. However, it was pretty fun for at least a week. Try to work on adding variation in the combat, making each match different than the last. Will work continue on AoC, though? It's been a while since a major update. -

+1, first industry job was a royal kick in the teeth and a wake up call to me that I didnt know anything haha. Learning on the job is probably the more dominant part for me and continuing to learn on a daily basis. Its definetely where I have learnt the most anyways. -

Figured I'd just continue this thread as a work in progress / works thread. Here is another project from school - an alien bust in zbrush. I retopo'd and projected the sculpt onto my low at all the subD levels and am trying my hand at polypainting and materials inside zbrush. -
Re: Zbrush - Adaptive skin
I double checked the material type and it's MatCap red but when I use adaptive skin it's still flat white. When I hover the mouse over the tool it previews perfectly. I'll continue to Google search and play around with settings, any further advice is welcome. Thanks-
