so im just now learning unreal and trying to move vertex points of my brush. Any reason my pivots are skewered and not going according to world coordinates?
If I start a new project using unreal 4.13 and try to open it on my personal computer using 4.11 would it still work because I'm having trouble trying to open up my scene?

That's an interesting point. If most game companies use an in-house engine, won't something done in unreal *not* impress them since they aren't using unreal at all?

*cough* Unreal after having used torque for a year, and finding myself completely lost in hammer, the Unreal engine is probably the one im most comfortable.
Show the normal map, the material in unreal and the texture compression settings on the normal map from inside Unreal. Could be just an inverted Y channel though.
