So there seem to be a lot of places to download matcaps, including the pixologic website, but if I understand correctly mat caps don't play nicely with BPR rendering as most that information is baked into the material. So are there any repositories of standard materials for ZBrush?
There was a thread in the pimping/previews area where someone was showing a new mario-kart-esque pc game they were working on and a bunch of polycounters started making their own cars, characters, and props to put in the game. Anyone know what it was called? The id of the thread?
I'm not gonna lie it is very enslaving, but still I'm finding hard to find a job, so it looks tempting. I guess I have to redo and focus my portfolio in something specific and then be back to sending resumes
http://www.paniq.org Awesome free and opensource music, but only download if you like computer generated (a bit nerdy) music with occasional German voice-samples The guy also does the music for the Farbrausch Demos btw. Oh and if you like the stuff: donate a small amount
I'd say, if you want character, don't do what you don't wanna do. Just build your folio for character and go ahead, it's not hard to find a job if you have a great portfolio. I'm on the same mission... as we all are.
Hello, I am New. Yesterday one of my teachers showed me a fairly new, and powerful normal making tool, and I forgot to write down the URL. It uses a script in ps to work. I know it isn't crazy bump or the Nvidia ps plug in:icon_question:. Any help would be appreciated.
