Yes, totally possible, but the further you bring it away from the wall (the 18cm value), the less the 2nd monitor on the right can be at such an extreme 45 degree angle -

Works fine on both my 2nd gen and 4th gen Touch devices. Make sure UDK remote isn't blocked by Windows Firewall. -
