Out of curiosity. Do you have a Mobile with games? Chaos Rings? Sword and Sorcery? And have you played any of these Gameloft games? Or are you just regurgitating what Kotaku is saying, completely based on their biased articles aiming to smear them. Just want to know if anything you've said in this thread has any relevance…
Advice: Don't crop out any part of your model when you put it into your portfolio. By the way, I noticed between your first two images the right arm shield that was covered by the chain link went missing. You should add that back in. Without it the rings just float over his arm.
Well to answer your question I'm on Max2009 x64 (no ribbon for me). I actually tried erasing the kbd files from max to see if it'd make a 'clear' file, but that just broke it :p . Guess I'll give a shot to writing some simple macros to take care of the loop/ring grow/shrink features.
Yeah s6 mentioned above you can use dot loop and dot ring http://www.polycount.com/forum/showpost.php?p=1963799&postcount=27 Also thanks for answering those questions Amsterdam Hilton Hotel, I remember seeing that link a while back but never got round to trying it. Looking forward to the next part :)
Cheers man! I'm gonna show this quick progress Puush; got the chains, his weapon and his lantern blocked out now, all thats left is the padlock and ring on the lantern and real high poly is good to go! (Hands are hidden as they currently get in the way of the chains; the chains will be put in a more proper neutral position…
Small post today, been doing some test for a potential project at work, quickly reproduced a ring from the Coco Crush Chanel collection. Basemesh done in Maya, added the "cross" patterns in Zbrush, baked with xnormal and rendered in real time in unity3D with the default post processing effect. Final model is about 10k…
Hi there! I recently graduated from college, and reading over the post a few times I didn't notice any mention of being currently enrolled. Is this only open to students, or is this a more open internship opportunity? I'd really like to throw my hat in the ring if I could. Hope to hear back about this soon :D
Yes! This is looking top! Quick question about the setup of the feet in the initial post. Why is that you go about ringing around leaving a gap in the foot? Do you just dynamesh to fill later on? Nice update man keep it up! Edit just realised you answered my question in the above post :P
Thank you, Dans (Dantert, I'm loving that Gully fan-sculpt) More progress: Nose ring, teef, check. All elements in place and generally looking nice. Takin' the rest of the month to make some refinements, add cracks to his shackles, scar 'im up, and generally get the highpoly sculpting finished off!
Yeah looks like about half inch to thin at that part. Thanks matt always good to no! quite right with "pull handle thingy" :D The edges are indeed sharp atm, thanks for the reminder. Thanks all. UPDATE Okay added correct "pull handle thingy" & thickened the bottom part grip handle and ring round trigger.
