what happens if you wiggle a point a bit and back? if that solves it for you, a lil script should be able to "fix" this? could you possibly upload a somewhat complex faulty mesh so this could be tested?
Hey guys, just a quick update. In between implementing some proper 3D collision detection in my engine, I've had a play around with Lightwave and Blender. Somehow I prefer lightwave by far. The interface is so clean and simple, and the straight forward tab/menu layout makes it very easy to find what you need. I've had a…
I've continued to refine the level, mostly I've repainted the vertex paint on the walls to make it more irregular and I've also mixed it with a custom dripping grunge texture. Also,I've started to work on the back area, replacing some primitives with actual meshes. The camera FoV was adjusted, for a more wide effect, but now I…

Suggestions: - Try to texture paint (in the 3D software) the high-poly, so you get an instant feedback and can physically point where the texture should go. You do rough strokes to mark important areas and then you can bring that painted image to PS and refine it there. - Generate a UV template (that wireframe image) of…
Nice start! I'd suggest pushing the roughness a bit more, right now there doesn't seem to be a difference in material composition between the light de-staturated paint (?) and the darker red, which leaves me wondering, if they were the same material why is one weathered so much more. If its paint on top of paint, bump up…
I'm looking for a 3d artist to create a static Funko Pop style figure of a twitch streamer that is then intended to be printed at shapeways. Familiarity with both 3D printing and character creation preferred. Best.
