I was very concerned a 4x5 would be too small also - but it was $100 less than the next size up at Fry's so I figured what the heck - I can eat $99 and have it as a backup or return it if i hate it.... I absolutely hate the TV show (it kicked FarScape off the air). But maybe the game will be okay. I own a really great game by JoWood though, Downsizer. It's called Desert Rats .vs. Afrika Corps. I threw your textures on just to take a look at how they'd work out, obviously there is some awful compression being at half size but I can definitely see what you are going for with the metal bits, the bullet didn't work out quite as well though haha. Overlapping UVs and Normal Map Baking issue.
Banging my head against the wall trying to learn how to do normal maps correctly. My current workflow is: Move overlapping UVS -> Triangulate mesh -> bake -> move back overlapping UVs and export into Marmoset.
