      Beginner question. What is the difference between "Rotate" and "Rotate Axis" ? And also what is "local rotation axis?" I tried looking the documentation of Maya, but still i am soo confused.

      Hi, 3ds Max has energy preservation mode in the v-ray shader. RGB and monochrome can be selected. Where is this in Maya? Google searches always bring me to 3ds Max.

      Before exporting my mesh into UDK i normally have it zero'd out in the middle of the grid in maya, but I was wondering if that is the most ideal way to export a asset into UDK? Is there a better spot to place the mesh on the grid before exporting that works better with the engine when moving assets around in the engine?
