I can totally see the story in this piece, even just based on her expression. Absolutely beautiful. (Honestly, I kind of prefer it cropped in like this.) Hair is fab, face is fab, and that armor is looking swell too. All beautiful.
<nerd&wookiepedia> Cortosis, Phrik, Mandalorian Armor and Armorweave are all resistant to lightsaber attacks... </nerd&wookiepedia> I'm indeterminate. While it would be cool to slice and dice, it might make the gameplay less than desirable. Solution? Cheat code!
I agree with Keg, lower the head or raise the chest armor. The neck area is terribly bothersome. Otherwise, it really looks great! Although I think she'd look better without the damage, unless you plane to take it further.
I think you should try making him a little bulkier. Especially in your first concept, it just felt like normal Kratos wearing armor of a different theme. Try to get the character itself to convey the change of theme.
Cool! i'm glad i saw this on the web page banner. There are so many cool details that I really enjoy about this. It looks super functional too. Quick question, that under armor portion, is that like padded quilt or something?
I am digging it. Good, mindless fun in SP and the MP is almost exactly like Quake 3's which was flawless. My only complaint is that I like the Quake 3 armor shard pick-up sound better
Skaven won't be a playable race till a later expansion. They have been building them with the character system in mind, so they won't change too much other than some variations in tones and armor to distinguish a player from an npc.
[ QUOTE ] Rorshach will always have a place in my heart Long live Johnstone [/ QUOTE ] I remember being blown away by the use of fullbright colors on skins > I think you're responsible for the glowy sci-fi armor trend!
Love it! There's just something about the ol traditional media that has that "feel". I like the bulk of the chickies armor. Pior style meets Andrew Jones. Hope you're having a blast buddy! Thanks for taking time out to share.
How would I link say a gun to a character? Like in game, a gun is carried on the back and then it animates into place? If I link as usual it breaks the animation. This also applies to other things like armor pieces etc. Also are there any Tutorials anyone can reccomend?
