OK i got the brush to work, it seems as if the fault now is in the ThumbNail showing up as pure white. the brush Image is 512x512 pixels 300 resoulution. phooshop 2018

Tyrians ship builder pixel art program, and then making units for total annihilation with script hackery and the worst texturing program ever invented. The texturing in ta was per face!
Geometry is pretty cheap until it gets smaller than a 2x2 pixel square (GPUs render in 2x2 squares). POM would likely be a better option than displacement.
Ît looks good but yes please show it with a different background because it's easier to see. Some parts of the texture look pixelated to me, maybe just the jpeg compression...
Drop the comic sans ms font too, everything but that. Your pixel art is really pretty but everything else feel like you didn't have enough love for it.
