What do we think of this? Pretty cool tech but I don't see it replacing any of the tools we use today. Not now anyways. [ame=" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oie1ZXWceqM"]3-Sweep: Extracting Editable Objects from a Single Photo, SIGGRAPH ASIA 2013 - YouTube[/ame]

OFFTOPIC oh btw i checked your website and you did a lot cool scripts but maybe some gifs or videos for explanation would be good :) e.g. "key tools" sounds awesome since the built in stuff isnt that good. but i have no idwa what they're doing :D
Just made mine. The tools are a little rough, but I can see why they did it like that. Not very tablet friendly, still it's a cool idea. Wish I would have known about it earlier, I would have entered a bunch more :D Thanks for letting us know
Judging by the high res shots, there's no pbr materials in there, or am I wrong? That Snapmap thing looks cool for consoles, but if they don't release their content creation tools, I'm thinking Unreal Tournament will have the better modding community. (Potentially. cs2 is still garbage. there is a cool redeming feature... where with the move tool, you can hold control, and drag select a box around layers to select multiples. such a time saver. The only downside is that it is still retarded, and does not know how to go inside layer groups. cs2 is still trash.

Hey all, read about this plugin in this month's copy of 3D World and figured I'd check it out, seems pretty cool as a sculpting plugin within Maya. I can't imagine it will rival Zbrush or Mudbox any time soon, still some nifty tools inside! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T-TnbL-y_zc
What I forgot to say, I use the Maya UV tools (Maya version 2015) in conjunction with the Bonus tools. With the Auto-UV function in Bonus Tools 2015 you can make edge selections and get a preview of your UV result. If you don't like it you can go back a step and make some changes and preview again. It's always been in…
