How long did it take you to learn human anatomy?
Question is for sculptors and painters alike. How much time has passed since you started learning anatomy till you were able to draw/sculpt a realistic human character from scratch? With no basemesh, references, overpainting etc. - you open a clean file and you can draw/sculpt a human right there, with no help. I'm not… -

Hey guys, I have an object Im doing retopo on with Quad draw, and when I leave quad draw so i can select a vertx to detach (Edit mesh>Detach) For some reason it doesnt get applied to symmetry and it always applies on the opposite side of whichever vertex i click on. The quickest way to ring/edgeloops: With an edge selected hold Strg+RMB. Move the mouse to the bottom right: select edgeloop, to the bottom left: select edgering. You dont have to wait for the marking menu to appear. For edgeloop delete, hold CTRL+RMB, and draw a "V", for edgering split draw a "<" etc... Its like casting… -

Mischief is cool, but using it on the 2nd monitor with a Cintiq seemed broken. The line would draw 15-20 pixels away from the pen tip at times, and others be pretty accurate. i would also like to add that in alot of console engines this would add draw cost when not needed, keeping your texel density consistent helps majorly when dealing with pixel draw overheads, also often just makes lower res stuff look worse in comparison a consistent lower res can look better than an an in-consitant but… -
