New updates, I made more props, building with an arch, chimneys and roof (still need to change the texture) Also I made a new store and changed a little bit more the ilumination. I also made more decals, vertex painting, etc.
Alright, so this is what I've done. I tried to do contrast with the corner. I also changed the texture a bit for the roof and the floor. Also, does anyone know how I can get a shadow of the fence to be reflected onto the ground with all the holes?
First remove your skylight, then you'll see better how LPV is bleeding through the walls/roof, this way it'll be easier for you to tweak the settings. But either way all that gives you is some bounce light that'd be acceptable-ish for outdoor only.
I'm optimistic that I can call this done before the end of the year! Added that large city wall and a few more towers in the back and tweaked a lot of small things like the roof textures to read better. I'd love to get some feedback on this
looks awesome, love the design as well :) to me just feels that the top edge (where the "roof" railing is) is lacking some sort of trim. Otherwise it loosk a bit "cut". Anyways, too minor detail i think, it doesnt really bother the whole scene ;)
First thing I notice is that the wear and tear is very scattered. For instance, the asphalt looks almost brand new, but the concrete slabs near the park look like they've been through a war. And it looks as though the normal maps on your roof material are inverted.
Slice in the center of the curved roof/chamfer so you have 2 edge loops / extrude extrude polygons inbetween those edgeloops. Pretty straight forward, it doesnt need to be complicated and simply trying different ways usually rewards us quicker with answers.
ericdigital - it sounds like it might have been the result of the airplane accident he was in. Plane blew a tire on landing and Billy smacked his head on the roof of the cabin. He probably was fine, but started getting brain swelling. Went to bed, never work up. :(
While the size of the church cant change on the exterior, are you allowed to edit the interior? The reason I ask is that if your scale is correct in that image (the size of your room compared to the assets in there) then you will be looking at a lot of empty space. You could create a floor plan which includes different…
-You could increase the size of your room. Helps with lighting and reflections. If you look at the floor you can see black space being reflected. Even if you cut the view later you will see those tiny mistakes back anyways. -The scale feels a bit off. -Add some wear and tear. Snipers usually sit a while on that chair. And…
