Model and UV layout Blade Texture Real Time Render of Blade This is the first time I have ever painted anything in photoshop, so any comments, critiques, or tips are very appreciated.
Cool, nice simple layout! Personally I wouldn't put wip work in my portfolio. Also that 'new' tag on the cargo crate looks kinda cheap, I'd take it off xD
It doesn't replace anything, but the Layout Tools set from Bonus Tools may give you some ideas? Scene Assembly Manager is also not a replacement, but does handle asset management/files.
1. Pack what? All the textures? Just add the asset to the package, Unity will do the rest. 2. Just make a clean layout for that asset, no overlaps or stretching, and filling the 0-1 space.
G or H. Have you tried putting the armour over her top/jacket? With a different layout maybe, with spinal protection or something like that. I really like those shoes :D
Nice start, try working on the materials in the texture, to really define what is what, also give the metal a more localized scratch/detail layout so it isnt the same texture over all.
Looks great! Love the layout on you thumbs. My only crit would be to take away your old enviorment or work a bit more on it. I'm refering to First low poly scene
It died the first time for me too. I refreshed it a few times and it seemed to load a bit more. I'm not too hot on the layout, it looks like you used Word to make the pages?
The only reason I don't have one is the lack of support from apps. Others possible future things:* Simplification/automation of UV layout/mapping * Sculpting integration into 3D modeling packages
Well he's saying that when he presses 0 that nothing shows up, so you have to assume he means the RTT options box thing. Try resetting to the default layout.
