daz - that looks more like the original-original cyberman, before it changed to the square-headed type ... but i dunno, it has the feel of a generic hobbyist character model about it. Especially those legs. Don't like the legs at all.
Hi! I'm not an expert, but sometime I try some stuff with mel script, I'll be happy if it help you! http://boards.polycount.net/showthread.php?t=54126 If you have some mel script request, send to me a message! ...
Nice, I particularly like Xavier's 'Squittlestick'. I was wondering how that leg configuration would work! I'm also loving the one legged creatures. Here's what I've made so far. Edit: added 'Inky'
Concept art and modeling look really cool. The only thing I noticed, - character's legs and arms have more definition at legs and arms. Especially at knee caps and at the back of the knees.
well the legs look pretty awesome but the body and arms proportions dont feel like they fit very well with those legs - his shoulders are more narrow than his waist?
It seems that the chest area is not carrying the movement from the legs to the head, both of which have a lot of movement. The same applies to the hind legs, the motion just seems to stop at the hip (?) joint
I think you could push the design of the prosthesis. Right now, its pretty much just a peg leg. I'm just trying to think of ways the leg could be an advantage.
Even if he ignores how freakishly skinny I make her (to better match the ref), if he moves the legs in a bit and gets rid of the bow-legged-ness it will look great.
yeah, don't fight little furry teddy bears in two legged walkers and don't fight hotshot pilots in four legged walkers. but you're okay to fight idiotic droids in either.
Is there any way to hide the masked portion of a model? Here is what I am working with. I need to put straps around the insides of the legs. I know about using the selection tools, but in this case I dont want any of the other leg. I can do this in Lightwave, but figured I would try in Zbrush first.
