1. traditional polygon modelling 2. sculpting 3. retoplogy 4. baking 5. PBR texturing 6. modern realtime rendering, post, etc. 7. do it all again, and again, and again until your work is super tight and optimal, and of course very pretty.
Isn't character and vehicle a bit much for 8 weeks? Escape had 10 weeks for character, environment or vehicle and Brawl has 7 weeks for a character or environment. Answer: 8 weeks should be fine. You're also welcome to team up if you find it a bit tight.
a question if I may, how is this better than explorer in windows 7? It'll tag and search by tags directly within the explorer UI. if you click the explorer search box and click tag it shows you all the tags in a given folder and lets you search them.
Thanks for the comments, and bubba for sharing those links. And basic render settings I posted a bit earlier. But basicly just MR with A&D material and some sky portals. Picked it up from this tutorial:…
You can replace steps 4 to 7 in the 801 version of Swizzle's instructions by installing this; http://community.thefoundry.co.uk/discussion/topic.aspx?f=83&t=77919 Then selecting your UV map and hitting the "Harden UV Borders" button (rightmost button, top row). Much easier :)
you could try these, i didn't like artdock much for PS but i'm using it for zbrush all the time http://konartist3d.deviantart.com/art/ArtDock-283342420 http://forum.tabletpcreview.com/samsung/47422-how-set-up-your-samsung-series-7-slate-serious-photoshop-work.html
Looking very good, I'm making a little Tomte want to build him a house? :pleased: They live in little cabins like this one, in either case the house is looking very nice. https://cdn1.cdnme.se/cdn/7-2/373353/images/2009/cu3_65969314.jpg
I don't like the questions on this survey. They seem odd and inhuman. Also there are too many numbers (1-7), which makes the grading a lot more ambiguous. My 4 might be someone else's 6. I think 3 options or 4 at most would be better.

Yeah that happened to my bro while he was playing Civilization IV on my PC. He didn't mind it, he just went on and on playing the game while it crawled up his neck. Can't help ya, it's alt-click on Photoshop 7 to CS2, that I'm sure of.
