Making the lowpoly for hard surface models is usually happening with just removing every unnecessary edges from the highpoly, and welding the remained unnecessary edges/verticles. Then if you still don't have reasonable tricount, you can remove more edges while its not enough. This is the easiest way for a hard surface… -

Terminator is too wide. Surface details seem random. Colors are interesting but I don't really follow the geology. Specular is far too consistent and way too high. If you're going for a dusty moon type feel, look into the minnaert shader model. It can help sell it. Also consider using a bump offset node to add surface… -

I'm finding the walls a bit plain, a mass of grey. You have an interesting pattern in the bricks though, maybe do something with the surface detail, contrast up the individual colours of the bricks. I'd also look into some kind of skirting , if you look at that shot of AC it has skirting and borders around most of it's… -

u mean move it to another tile? but what i mean is suppose i have a rivet on a a surface and i want the rivet to bake correctly over the surface it needs to be on top i usually make 2 bakes and edit in photoshop thought i can save time if theres a n option to set which parts of the UV be on top thanx for the help man :D -

Try doing a search on Iron Surface, Cast Surface, Cast Iron, Iron band, Iron Post, that sort of thing - A search for just Iron gave me more shots of Irons than it did of Iron-Man, but I see your issue :) (also, Iron Band of course gave lots of images of Iron Maiden, but there were some real Iron Bands in there too). -

It almost looks like you almost clone stamped the whole mesh with the same brush...still try and put in more muscle than the weird surfaces it still has. It reminds me more of a mutated broccoli with warts than a real zombie. It'd also heolp if you enhance details on the eyes instead leaving a nice soft rounded surface… -
