There are and apartments are running between 1/2 to 1/3 of their original costs. My current one dropped from $1300 -> $750 utilities paid. ( i know thats more than half, but still a big damn difference.) -

Eh I'm not a fan of cats or dogs. I think it stems from the fact I was always allergic as a kid. I do have animals though; 1 corn snake, 1 bearded dragon, 2 leopard geckos. -

Re: Walk Cycle Constructive crit required.
The poses are lopsided so he is walking with a bit of a limp. There also isn't much up and down motion which is pretty key.
