This looks fantastic .keep it up man . i think all the changes that can be made are told above . one thing i would like to add is , try to make the hairline more natural , i mean near the hairline there could be small hairs and a little bit non symmetry . but overall it looks fantastic . i loved it . -

I have to admit that I thought the paint-over was an update before reading. It looks fantastic. That being said, that is a fantastic critique to get. If you had to choose one thing from the paint-over to put into your scene I would push you to go with the colour palette. It adds a lot of mood and visual interest. -
