You are right if he doesn´t want to put it in a 3d engine, but if he wanted to do so it would be better for performance, because the engine doesn´t have to triangulate the n-sided polys. Correct me if i´m wrong ;)

Played the demo tonight. Was really impressed. Lots of visual style (cute, fun AND disturbing all in one!) and good ol' hack-n-slash. :) Will buy... in a few weeks after it is patched. Man.. Someone dropped the ball on those bugs.. O.O

I bound a shortcut key to "Sub-object Selection Toggle", so whenever I hit that key it drops the entire object. When you re-select it, the sub-object selection is still there. Used to drive me bonkers too. -N!
Games that start with the iphone as it's target platform is similar to a dice roll. Games that start on XBLA, Steam/ PSN, then ported over had a little more success. all n' all the game has to be fun, be playable comfortably with a touch screen, and polished.
