Haven't gotten around to UE4 yet. I'm still using UDK. That doesn't work either. Makes sense though with alt-q/alt-w  Just going to have to manually change the density I reckon. If I pass this art test I'll be using UE4 though... aaaaah yeah
4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42 i tend to use 100, and 0 a lot (flow). brush is always at 100, unless i vary pressure w/ opacity. no magic numbers for the layers, just whatever works. Just at the least i have 6 layers with the above numbers in each psd.

I'm not sure you can do that straight up to work per-tool. What you can do is write a script that'll fire a command based on the currently active tool (I've got various modal tools set up this way - for example, W is bound to weld unless I'm in item mode, then it'll activate the move tool).
Hezelbeef, 3sm: thank you!! More work on the high poly... done for now I think... Not really happy with her skirt-thing but I'll see how the bake turns out, I guess. And maybe just paint the folds... We'll see. `w´ Next week I'll make the staff and retopo and hopefully start texturing soon...
Kick-ass! Really great execution and presentation, two thumbs way up man! If you want a crit (really, it is nitpicking) you couldve have played a bit more with the spec and diffuse to get the feel of metal a bit more, as metal is usually very speccy and darker in color, but w/e,looks awesome sculpt and good job!
