While they may deserve it, and everyone loves a good flogging as Vig put it. It might come at a cost. Since it's your company, what you say directly reflects how the company as a whole is maintained. It might keep some prospects at a distance because they don't want to be involved or associated with it. -

Actuallly P&P is for finished projects,WIPs, critiques, andasking for help. It's a what you make of it place. The "what are you working on" is for blurbs. Frankly IMHO it detracts from the P&P forum beause there so many gems are in there that don't get threads of their own, and the attention they deserve. -

Heh, ok. It's working. About the name, yeah, that's my buddy who did the site for me. I'll speak to him about it but I think he likes it there. Truth be told the guy designed and hosted the site all by himself, so he deserves that much credit imo. -

I imagine that QA plays a HUGE role on an RTS, possibly much more so than other game genres. If the game is fun and relatively bug free, you deserve quite a bit of credit :) Yet another demo I am missing out on because of the RROD ... -

Hope there is a patch, I've been digging the demo so far. The Titan gameplay mode is very cool. But there's no way I'd get the game if mandatory spyware is part of the deal. And yeah, tribes rocks. Seems to be one of those awesome games that didn't get all the credit it deserved. -

You my dear sir deserve a huge medal made of nothing more than the Koh-i-Noor itself. At last I got the weapon working in-game. YES! Had to export it to .obj to embed the texture. The problem with the .3ds still exists, but at least I can get the model working this way. Cheers! -

Man, this subject deserves more than an afternoon of writing. I agree with you but for completely different reasons. You need to start simplify your thoughts, find the true essence of what you're writing. Unfortunately I'm at work so I can't really elaborate, I'll send you a pm later tonight. -

Very cool sculpture. Well done. This dwarf is going places. There is one thing. I think you should go with real hair. Fibermesh, xgen or whatever, as long as it is real. One, because this piece deserves it, two because it will go so well with the really smooth and well done anatomy of his face and body. -

time. i've sacrificed time. and lots of it. and unfortunately it's a commodity i can never have back, or replace. if i don't get the career i want/think i deserve etc etc. then what do i do? i'll be too old to start looking for a new career. a new job, sure. but career? no.
