Found out I can play with screen settings, so I made my entire screen black and white and did a quick photostudy sketch! (randomly picking colours from my b&w colour wheel) this is the result :D lots of fun to get the big "reveal" at the end. Another one with the same idea! -

depends on how your seems are layed out, for stuff like that i use blenders empty uv projection mode to line it up, then bake it out... but i dont know how you would do it in other programs. A post of your UV's w/seams would help us see how they are laid out... -

I'd say its quite good really, given the constraints, tho I dont know what the brief or the concept was. I agree w/ pretty much all of Snaders comments, he seems to have pointed out the same stuff I noticed. Mostly just some poor choices on yer poly distribution. -

+1 about what ZacD. 1. Doesn't matter 2. Cut if from the portfolio. 3. When presenting art work, keep it simple. The black text w/ your info on the top right should be white. Right now its really hard to see. The cut corner is kinda of weird. Doesnt add any value. -

For me it was BMX Number Jump. We got a C64 one xmas. I'm sure we went without heating that winter to pay for it.......but man was it worth it to see that 20 pixel black sprite move jerkily across our 14" B&W telly every time we typed in the answer to the next exciting 'mathematical puzzle'. -

Its funny, I Opened this many threads because I wanted to get critic but every thread I opened I changed something and than the website deleted it and told me the admin should approve the change for it to be seen, so this admin or w/e just approved the same thread like 5 times, nice. -

wow theres been a marked improvement since ur first attempts keep it up. only crits i can come with for now is the chin area. The chin itself seems to be sunken in and the w crease under the lip comes to sharp in the middle. Also at the side of the eyes it could use a little volume try extending the brow into that area. -

PIII 500 geforce2 20 gig (okay, i just upgraded a while ago, so it's now 60 gig) Read 'em and w... hey wait, i'm not cheapalert, why the fuck am i proud? Amusingly enough it runs better than my parents' 3ghz. I gave up fixing that one.
