Yeah, Viewport Configuration, set default lighting to 1 light instead of 2. The 1-light setting keeps the light facing (nearly) the same direction as the viewpoint.

I don't have Max so I just looked at the .dae. There are 7 UV sets on this which is quite a lot. Only 2 seem to be actual UV coordinates though, I guess the other 5 might have been planar projection modifiers etc. i.e. software specific. Max might have picked up on that and applied the textures correctly but anything could…
