The 2018 Summer Student Gallery is here, brought to you by the students at CGMA. Over 6 – 10 weeks, these artists have had the opportunity to be mentored by the industry’s leading master artists. As each term passes, we take a look back at the work produced by the students not to just admire the imagery, but to appreciate their instructors for everything they do as well. The former academy’s slogan, “Becoming a better artist”, still rings true today, and the evidence is in the work.
CGMA is an art school created by artists. They understand it can be difficult to figure out just what you want to do. Many artists experience the fulfillment art brings, but may lack the understanding of how to use their talent in the working world. Enrolling in CGMA is a good first step because they’re able to help guide artists down a career path that’ll allow them to practice their passion and create work they’re proud of full-time.
CGMA maintains a collaborative space for individuals to construct and enhance their ideas through personal mentoring from experts in the field. Everything from the course list to the instructors is meticulously vetted to ensure that students will be well-equipped to enter the field confidently.
