Re: Baking normals outside of 0 to 1 UV space
mudbox is able to do that... and there should be a script for maya floating around... its moving the uv in space 1-2 to 0-1 during baking... -

I don't think you have to change the shader. Just use UV channel 1 in the modifier if the shader is using 0, or 2 if 1. It's that simple. -

they're both the same, 360 comes on 3 discs (2 for sp, 1 for mp) vs 1 for the ps3, thats about the only major difference. -
