It wouldn't work out of the box due to 3D movies being shot/rendered to give you depth when put in a frame while the rift renders the complete view of the individual eyes. I fixed your sig. You should key the link changing from the hand to the back in the duration of one frame. Otherwise it will interpolate between spaces and go all crazy. If it needs to move a distance from his hand to his back without "popping", then you should be able to change the Link constraint to use "World" as the… -

Yup, that's how in game animation works. Valves system assumes that you have a 30 frame cycle, and every 30 frames of animations (which is 1 second) they move the courier forward in space X amount. This alleviates the "skating" effect that you were talking about, however it's probably not ""actually"" doing genuine root… -
