Personally I'd recommend Soldier of Fortune 2 for a nice semi-tactical, semi-arcadey round-based multiplayer game with a smorgasboard (sp?) of random weapons. It quickly took over the LAN parties I'd go to back about 5 years ago.
Maybe you can just quickly import your mesh in zBrush, rotate slightly some parts with Transpose Master and soft masks and re export it; it keeps your UVs, but messes up the smoothing groups, but it's unlit so who cares :Y
Thanks Eric and Xeno, I think Im going to start basic modelling with 3ds max and try and get up to scratch quickly, I know the material menu and other things will be totally new to me since blender doesnt have them!

Aesir - Thanks! Yeah it looks lazy because it is, just thought it needed something and quickly added circle cross and lines with wear and tear eraser on top. Will probably spend some time looking through more reference before i decide on the design.
I have to side with Ctrl+Awesome & KDR_11k. I use WinKey+E to quickly open windows and WinKey+R to bring up the run dialog. Once you start using the key on purpose you don't really hit it on accident anymore.
im no music buff but you need to slow that stuff down man you move to quickly into other melodies you need to transition them slowly your main beat is nice and i like it work with that instead of just throwing random crap in there.
