I think that's just a basic layout, and that he's going to add staticmeshes and details once the gameplay will be tweaked properly. I'll give it a try man
Is it proper to UV map an object before you subdivide it? Or should It be done after to make it easier to paint in PS? Because the uv layout on the sub would be more accurate to the actual shape of the object. If someone can clarify this that would be great! Thanks Chris.
This is my WIP for the Splash Damage Environment Art Test they posted on their site the other day. Looking for any comments and critiques before I layout the UVs and texture. Obviously the image on the far right is the concept. Thanks for your time :)
I agree with Rexo12 about the seats. The scene is very well layout and modeled. However, the color of the seats are just to "pop" for me. (my 2-cent opinion)
Can you reproduce the error with a simple box layout? Also, is it possible that something is wrong with the vertex normals? How does the world normal pass looks like?
