Lights not working as expected.
I'm having 2 issues in 3.06 that I don't think I ran in to in 3.05 1. Lights in general don't seem to be casting shadows properly. I can have a light behind an object with shadows, ambient occlusion, and GI turned on, and the light will still cast through the object even though it's not there. 2. Spot Angle seems to be… -

The horizontal light beams around the streetlights seem very out of place. Also, an orange-yellow light is more typical than a blue-white light for street lighting. Thanks Kees! The area light is made using a spot light because its the only light that has a rotate-able light view prj. So I can create an area by offsetting its position left and right, up and down with a transposed light view prj. None of the other lights rotate the projection on the z axis. Yes, the lighting is a bit primitive. I'm only using 1 movable light due to forward shading; the other lights are static, and the light map size of the objects is limited to the 32x32-512x512 range. My assets didn't look good before I multiplied the Ao to Basecolor :/ -

The props and textures looking dope, I like they are in the middle beetween stylized and realistic. The mood and attention to detail is also splendid. I think you relied a little too heavily on images for materials. The lighting in the brick diffuse is fighting your scene lighting. You have a horrible seam running down the wall. The floor tile doesn't appear to be bumped or spec mapped, if they are its not working correctly or you plugged in the diffuse which is pretty… -
