Hi RachidJ welcome to the forums! Here are some of the things that stand out to me: 1) Biceps and forearms look too thin, especially around the wrist. 2) Her rib cage looks too thin as well, I'd widen it a bit 3) From the front her calves look a bit wide, but from the side they seem a bit thin 4) Neck is too long, her…
Good start! Not too bad for a 2nd pimp. I'd say you should look at more photographs and study real-life anatomy a bit more. Try to see what differentiates your work from reality. Some more angles on the head would help to judge the proportions a bit better, but at this point, I'd say the eyes are too thin. Make them…
so was planning on getting an RTX 4070, costs about £517 brand new. saw one on ebay for about £400. do you reckon this is ok for a general work , bit of rendering , running unreal, blender etc My current 2070 is ok, but getting a bit dated. Will the 4070 have the same connectors/slots?
Hey guys, I’ve just took part in a game project lately. It’s my first game project and I know this one is merely for experience more than the money. I did the animating for characters. First let’s talk a lil bit about my workflow. My animating workflow includes 3 main steps. The first one called blocking which carries the…
What you say is all legit and stuff but as I said beginners want it (at least a little bit) intuitive. Having to do the restructuring and stuff yourself just makes it unattractive to use. Most beginners don´t even customize their max. They are happy that they manage to use at at least. A good UI concept comes first, having…
It's probably because your object is being vertex lit. If you give the ground there a second UV channel and put a lightmap on it you'll get smoother lighting. Or you could subdivide the ground a bit to give it smaller polygons.
Let freedom sing! lol Kinda feels like a lit is going on with her especially those tattoos. Maybe fade them to show they've been there for a while. Not too bad at this point, keep it up! :D
sure he can. the little gears are where the joint is. looks kind of awkward, but it could work. have a look at the previous pictures (the blue lit one), it reveals the arm workings a bit clearer. lookin' great!
Hey all! Is anyone planning to take part in Pwnisher’s new DRÆM SEQUENCE challenge? It kicks off Saturday 31st Jan at 5pm (2026). I’m probably being a bit delusional, but I think I’ll give it a go even though I have zero time. And I will try my best to get my students to take part. :) Here is the challenge page…
Hey, no problem. It was one of the more pressing aspects of your folio imho, now its easier to focus on the nitty gritty. =) Your stuff feels like it isn't quite there and it's like... distressingly a little hard to pinpoint exactly why that is. On the plus side, that means you're really close! On the minus, that means its…
