There's no problem with the amount of polys. Just dynameshing to over 7 mil results in a broken mesh, picture above shows it dynameshed to ~7 mils. -

You should probably increase the amount of leaves relative to the bare branch, assuming you are going for the coconut style frond shown in the concept. -

you can also turn up the diffuse boost on the floor material and this will increase the amount of reflected rays from the lights hitting that material. -

@Bonkake, you have 5x4 tiles instead of 4x4. My rather disappointingly small amount of modeling done tonight (colored parts)
