This is a nice start. I do not like the bind pose for the back legs as you've drawn it, though. I am, however, a fan of the top view. Most of the models I've seen thus far have not had a nice sleek top view. Interested to see where this goes. Do work!
Certainly hope this is true, I'm a big DN fan, one of the first ever games I've played. In fact I'm playing it again with the high resolution texture pack, they've taken it pretty damn far there's even some sort of parallax on a few textures, it breathes new life into the game.

Both good. In morning a workout can up your metabolism for the rest of the day. An evening workout can burn off that big dinner that would be sitting in your stomach as you sleep, some of which could be converted to fat. As far as cardio and muscular gains, not much difference that I've heard of.
The neck flab pops out way too much for how buff his chest is. Pull it in a little bit and add some paunch to his belly and flop his pecs down a bit, like sagging boobs. Right now he's too firm for a big roll of neck fat.
