As far as I know there isn't away to uninstall the ribbon or permanently disable GMT. If you have GMT open when you close 3dsmax it will launch when you open it next.
I looked at your code, open your HTML in notepad, search and delete every occurance of target="_blank". This is on all your hyperlinks, and it's what causes them to open in new windows.

Hello, you fine folks! Just thought I'd open up a thread for all my 3D work... and maybe some other bits and bobs, like poetry and muffins... mm.. muffins... I am open to critique on all areas of my work, 3d and texturing as well as design.
looks cool, but how does that camera looking door open? doesnt seem to be a sliding type. maybe add some streaks or some wear and tear at the part that recieves most friction when the door opens?
Unlikely to work, but sometimes importing a glitchy scene rather than just opening it can fix problems like this. If you're still stuck, give me a shout and I'll see if I can open it here.
One tip is to start Painter first. If you open a bunch of other apps that need the graphics card and THEN Painter, it can slow it down a lot. Opening it first allows it to grab what video ram it needs.
The nuts on the openings of the hydrant could show a little more wear. Whenever the valves are opened or closed I'm sure that those nuts get torqued a little bit and would probably be more rounded around the edges.
CS2 works fine on my vista... i haven't really pushed it too hard yet though but it has been left open for days at a time with multiple images open. no crashes at all:poly113::poly113::poly113:
